Policies and Information
Ordering Policy
Orders must be places at least 48-72 hours in advance. Same-day orders are subject to avaliability and are not guaranteed. Big orders have to be place a week in advance. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before pickup or delivery. We accept approved online payment methods only.
Canellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to avaliability. Cancellations made after this window will forfeit deposit.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup times are scheduled and must be honored. Delivery is avaliavle for an additional fee based on distance. Please ensure someone is avaliable to recieve the order at the scheduled time.

Shipping
Shipping is avaliable for select treats only. Items eligible for shipping include choclate-covered strawberries, Oreos, Rice Krispies, and cake pops. Cakes and Cinnamon rolls are not eligible for shipping.
Allergy Notice
Our products may contain or come into contact with dairy,eggs,wheat,nuts, or soy. Please notify us of any allegies prior to placing your order.
Refund
Due to the nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. Once an order has been completed or picked up, refunds are not offered. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of reciving it so we can review the concern. Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for consideration. We take pride in the quality of our treats and are happy to address any genuine issues reported within the stated timeframe.
